Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service. Attending inquiries from customers or other outlets via phone calls. Frequent housekeeping, products displayed at the right shelves/locations, prominently display promotional items. Maintain and stay updated on products, sales, and promotions. Be alert to outlet surroundings to prevent any incidents, e.g., shoplifting. Gift-wrapping services. SPM or Diploma/Degree in Retail or Business Management. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficiency in English and Malay. Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service-focused. Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality. Flexible enough to work various shifts, weekends and public holiday.
