The folder listed under All Messages are virtual folders and their purpose is reflected in the name. For example, all messages download from email accounts (appear under All Accounts) are also shown in All Messages > Received folder, by default it only shown Read, Custom Folder, Mailing Lists. It is possible to drag and drop messages to some folder under All Messages. For example, dragging and drop a message from Received to Unread results in the message being marked as unread. To move a message right click on it and select Move option from pop-up menu and then destination folder. Another option to consider: use [MailStore Home - Free Email Archiving & Backup for Home Users , or similar software, to create a local backup and then restore from this to your new email account. Important note, I have not used this software so make sure to check it meets your needs.
