He is a seasoned business leader with more than 25 years of diverse experience across the building materials, ceramics, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and financial services industries. His expertise spans business strategy, sales & marketing, commercial operations, distribution management, customer experience, trade marketing, business development and operational leadership. Prior to joining in RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited, Mr. Khourshed served as the Deputy Managing Director of the Building Materials Division at AkijBashir Group from June 2019, where he led the overall sales, marketing, business development, factory operations, procurement and commercial functions. During his tenure, he successfully led the rebranding and expansion of the building materials businesses. Before that, Mr. Khourshed served as Head of Sales & Marketing at DBL Ceramics Limited, National Business Manager at Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited and also held senior leadership positions at Airtel Bangladesh, Lafarge Surma Cement, Robi Axiata Limited and Novartis (Bangladesh) Limited. Mr. Khourshed holds an MBA in Marketing, a Master of Commerce (Banking) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance & Banking from the University of Dhaka. He has also completed numerous executive leadership and sales management programs, including the Business Managers’ Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, India. Mr. Kazi Nasir Uddin is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited. He joined the company on May 06, 2026. He is a highly accomplished finance professional with over 24 years of extensive experience in financial reporting & accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury & business finance management, internal control & governance, auditing, and taxation services. Mr. Kazi Nasir Uddin is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited. He joined the company on May 06, 2026. He is a highly accomplished finance professional with over 24 years of extensive experience in financial reporting & accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury & business finance management, internal control & governance, auditing, and taxation services. Prior to joining RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited, Mr. Nasir served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Fair Group since May 2017, where he led overall financial strategy, business finance, treasury management, and governance functions. Before that, he served as Senior Manager – Finance at Coca-Cola Bangladesh (Bottling Investment) from 2012. He also held key positions including Manager – Shared Accounting Services at Nokia Emerging Asia, Senior Manager – Business Finance at BRAC Bank Limited, and Business Controller in the Finance Division of Grameenphone Limited. He began his professional career as an Audit Supervisor at KPMG Bangladesh in 2002. Mr. Nasir has excellent academic and professional credentials. He completed both his BBA and MBA from the Department of Accounting & Information Systems, University of Dhaka. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). Mr. Muhammad Shahidul Islam is the Company Secretary of RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited since 2010. He joined the Company in 2009 as Assistant Company Secretary and was designated prior to assuming the current position. Before joining the Company, Mr. Shahidul was Assistant Vice President at Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company Limited, responsible for Compliances, Legal Issues, Share and Capital Market Operations of the Company. Mr. Muhammad Shahidul Islam is the Company Secretary of RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited since 2010. He joined the Company in 2009 as Assistant Company Secretary and was designated prior to assuming the current position. Before joining the Company, Mr. Shahidul was Assistant Vice President at Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company Limited, responsible for Compliances, Legal Issues, Share and Capital Market Operations of the Company. His prior post qualification employers include Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company Limited and Progressive Life Insurance Company Limited. Mr. Shahidul is a Commerce graduate. He is a qualified Chartered Secretary and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). He has participated many professional training courses namely Corporate Affairs Management, Merger and Acquisition, Compliance in Corporate Governance etc. Mr. Mizanur Rahman is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited, having assumed the role on 8 February 2026. He brings over 27 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on the Building Materials industry, particularly Tiles and Sanitary Ware. Mr. Mizanur Rahman is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited, having assumed the role on 8 February 2026. He brings over 27 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on the Building Materials industry, particularly Tiles and Sanitary Ware.

Before joining the Company, Mr. Rahman served as Vice President at RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited and held senior leadership positions at Stella, Abul Khair Group. He has extensive experience in business growth, market expansion, brand development, and export operations across GCC, SAARC, Africa, EPZs, and local markets. Mr. Rahman holds an MBA from the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh, a Master of Science in Agriculture and Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (BSc of AG Economics – Hons.) from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh. Mr. M A Karim has joined RAK Ceramics Bangladesh Limited in April, 2026. He has extensive experience in Supply Chain Management Arena in different roles. He has worked in different capacities in Supply Chain Field which includes Strategic procurement, Project procurement, Direct and indirect procurement of goods and services and so on. He plays a vital role in organizational cost reduction complying with Country and Group rules and regulation in transparent and efficient manner. He is also responsible for inventory management, commercial activities throughout the organization. Prior to this role he worked as a Head of Procurement in Heidelberg Materials Bangladesh PLC. for 17+ years with dignity & efficiently and departed with reputation. He started his career at year 2000 as a Production Engineer in GHCL (a sister concern in OPSONIN Group), was responsible production and maintenance of a state-of -art Heavy Chemical plant unit. Shariful Islam joined as the Head of Internal Audit and Compliance at RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited on 13 November 2024. His professional career spans over 12 years of comprehensive experience in internal audit, internal control, corporate governance, financial and working capital management, and credit control across the manufacturing sector. Mr. Velayutham Chelladurai joined as the Deputy General Manager – Sanitaryware Manufacturing at RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited on 16 September 2025. His professional career spans over 32 years of comprehensive experience in the sanitaryware manufacturing sector.
