I've seen a few answers to this and they have windows deleting restore points after major updates. Here's what happened to me. I was about to use a restore point available - one of two. (What used to work now doesn't.) I have about 100 gig for restore points and am using around 13 gig. Before I rolled it back I created a new restore point with the current config. Then I went to go back and try the older restore point that it showed. It was available 10 seconds before so it sure seems like windows 10 now only has two restore points ! Thanks for your feedback, According to my understanding, after you created the restore point, you used an old restore point to go back to a previous state. This should be due to the design of the feature; system restore points can only restore the system forward, and after restoration, restore points with a later time will be deleted. Manually created restore points should not be automatically deleted as long as they meet the rules mentioned above. If you find that restore points have been deleted,you can also submit your questions through the FeedbackHub (if convenient, please provide as much detail as possible, including pictures, videos, etc.).
